JAMES WARD MILLIGAN who died at the Homeopathic Hospital, 15 Easy Row Birmingham Aged 52 years His death was registered on the 25th day of August 1904 by the Deputy Registrar of the All Saints Sub-District, Birmingham and his body was interred on this 29th day of August 1904 in the graveyard of Kingswood Chapel.
