Additional Notes

Mr Blake, the medical attendant, having forwarded me a certificate of premature birth in the case of Mrs PARKES of Barn Hill, of a female child which had lived for 6 hours and had died from want of vitality, being premature. I gave instructions for the body of the child to be interred in the Chapel yard, the grave not being purchased or as to become the property of the family. The child was born on Jany 1st / 84 and buried on 3rd inst. Lindsey Taplin.
